URNA (yoU aRe Not Alone) is a coaching and empowerment platform dedicated to helping women heal, grow, and reclaim their power after toxic relationships. Through 1:1 coaching, a podcast, and free resources, we provide support and tools for self-discovery, boundary-setting, and personal growth.
What is the difference between a single session and a 5-session package?
• Single session: Ideal for quick guidance or clarity.
• 5-session package: A structured approach to deepening your healing journey, building resilience, and achieving long-term progress.
What does the coaching sessions include?
Each 60-minute 1:1 coaching session is tailored to your needs and includes:
• Personalized guidance & support
• Actionable strategies & tools
• A follow-up email with key takeaways, reflection prompts, and next steps
What happens after I book a 5-session coaching package?
✔ Your first session is scheduled immediately upon booking
✔ We’ll coordinate your remaining four sessions together
✔ All sessions must be used within 3 months.
How do I book a 1:1 coaching session?
If you’re a Power Collective™ Member, you can book a discounted 1:1 session ($180 instead of $225) through the members-only portal.
If you’re not a member, you can still book at the standard rate of $225 per session via the coaching page.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes! You can schedule a 30-minute reframe call to see if coaching is the right fit for you.

The community is hosted inside our private platform. You’ll receive an invitation after joining the coaching program.

Access is reserved for Power Collective Members who are part of the 1:1 coaching program, ensuring a safe and private environment.
